fopen - anything changed

Within the last two weeks or so I'm having a problem with my Joomla website and Docman.

I am now getting this error:


Warning: fopen(/home/epglidin/public_html/j/administrator/components/com_docman/docman.config.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/epglidin/public_html/j/administrator/components/com_docman/classes/DOCMAN_config.class.php on line 119

Has anything changed on the server side?
If not, have you any idea where I can start looking for the problem? :o
