Restoring my Domain Folders

I have been experiencing some issues with my website and decided to delete everything and re-upload all my code files. I tried looking for a "format" option somewhere but couldn't find anything so I manually deleted everything using c-panel's file manager. Now unfortunately my public_html folder and some of the other critical folders are deleted. Is there a way to restore my domain to its original state?
