phplist

I've installed the phpList script to the best of my knowledge... What now? :( If I go to those links (both the admin and the public link) that I'm supposed to go to, I get an error message, saying "The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request."

Have I done something wrong, or do I just have to wait a while for this feature to activate? Should I still edit the config.php file? I assume that once I get into the admin pages, I can configure the mailing list preferences to do as I like...

Oh, and if it's not obvious yet, I'm quite new to this! :p

I've tried using that phplist for mailing purposes.... My installation went well though. It's just SUCH a mission to get that thing to work.
