Dear Customer,

Network maintenance has been scheduled for our Atlanta datacenter on April 1, 2009. A new upstream connection to Level 3 will be brought up, along with new upstream connections to Mzima. There may be some routing modifications necessary during this time as the new connections are brought online.

You may experience sporadic connectivity issues during the maintenance window while new routes are integrated and optimized.

The network maintenance is scheduled as follows:

DATE: April 1st, 2009 @ 07:00am (EST)
MAINTENANCE WINDOW: 04/01/2009 @ 07:00am (SAT) - 04/01/2009 @ 11:00am (SAT)

No action is required on your part. The entire procedure will be handled by our engineers. Your account will not be powered down at any point.
